Why Are Quality Control Checks Important?

What Is A QC Label?

QC labels are used to record quality and safety information about products in your inventory. Use QC inspection stickers to identify when tests have been carried out and the results.

• QC Accepted Stickers – These labels can be used to identify who has carried out testing. There is space on these QC OK stickers for initials and the date to be recorded.


• Tested By/Date Nylon Cloth Write-On Labels – Available in a choice of materials, these QC labels are both oil-resistant and water-resistant.


• QC Rejected Labels – These labels can be used to highlight at a glance the products that have failed a quality control test and need to be easily distinguished from approved products.


• Do Not Use Quality Control Write-On Labels – These labels are ideal for flagging items of equipment that should not be used either because they are due to have a quality inspection, or because they have failed an inspection. They can also be used for products that have not passed a quality control check and cannot be shipped. In addition to nylon cloth, these rolls of 250 QC labels are available in self-adhesive nylon as well.


• Tamper-Resistant Quality Control Labels – These can be used if there is a risk that labels could be removed or damaged, either accidentally or deliberately.


• Calibration By Self-Laminating Write-On Labels – These QC check stickers are self-laminated, which protects the information from being altered or wiped off. They are made from polyester, with a laminate over-seal that you can apply once the tester has noted the calibration details on the QC labels.

Maintenance Labels And Other Labels

Record details of repairs conducted on equipment with our Repair/Remarks Material Control Tags. These are supplied with plastic lock-on ties so that they can be attached easily and securely.

If you need to have serial numbers for equipment readily available, use our Equipment Number Aluminium Write-On Labels. These can be applied to a grease-free surface and once written on will remain debossed. Alternatively, use the Self-Laminating Equipment Number Labels, which are ready for you to write on with a marker, pen or pencil.
